With over 13 years of experience, Rachel has worked on some of Australia’s biggest brands and projects, leading national campaigns, crafting sharp messaging and developing communications strategies that drive real impact.
Grounded in behaviour change methodology, her work is built on understanding how people think, feel, and act — shaping strategies that go beyond awareness to shift mindsets, influence behaviours, and create lasting impact.
With deep experience across government, infrastructure, property, retail, health, tech, energy, creative-industries, and the not-for-profit sectors, she brings insight-led creativity and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference.
Beyond her work, Rachel is passionate about giving back to her community. She’s mentored secondary school girls with Inspiring Girls Australia and served on the board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). She also volunteers at CERES, her local urban garden community garden and has fostered ex-racing greyhounds.
